• Aadhar card of proprietor
• Mobile number (Linked to Aadhar) and Mail Id of proprietor
• Shop act or Udyam Registration for business establishment
• Light bill or Telephone bill or other utility bill of Place of Business and residential address proof (Both)
• Rent agreement with owner of Place of Business
• Cancelled cheque or bank statement
